- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded coleslaw mix
- Mozzarella cheese (for garnish)
Brown ground beef and season salt in a skillet on medium heat until no longer pink. Add has browns and stir every few minutes. Continue to cook uncovered for 10 more minutes until has browns begin to crisp. Add coleslaw mix and cover skillet with lid. Steam for 5 minutes until coleslaw mix softens. Stir gently, garnish with mozzarella cheese and serve.
Note: Serve this with a fruit. Fill half your plate with fruits and veggies.
