No-Cook Overnight Oats

Ready in about 10 minutes.  Makes 2 Servings.

  • Nearly empty peanut butter jar (about a Tablespoon)
  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons raisins
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated citrus zest

Put all ingredients into peanut butter jar (or bowl if jar is not available).  Refrigerate overnight.  Enjoy in the morning!  East chilled or heated--whatever you like best.
